Safaricom have it on their website<http://www.safaricom.co.ke/index.php?id=1020>perhaps you could but customer care on facebook / twitter as to which physical shop has it in stock.
Thanks again. The S1 16 GB is going for around KSH 36,000/- the S Plus is KSH 46,500/- Not sure if I can break the bank for that extra 10k!
