@Phares, you forget that your comparison is based on high end machines. Not everyone is going to afford these machines but the IBM is a serious contender for people on the move. It also provides an optional WWAN EDVO/HSPA modules thus no need for external modems which is very important. Upto 15 hours battery life on a 9 cell battery while upto 23 hours with an external pack.
