1) Borrow a 'bathroom' type weighing scale (the ones you pay 1 bob in
the street to get weighed - a beam balance won't work)

2) Weigh yourself in Nairobi

3) Go immediately to Machakos - the particular spot - don't
eat/drink/spit/shit/ or piss

4) Weigh yourself 'on the spot'
