if they were completed though threads on similar discussion on Kictanet<br>
list seem to indicate that they are.<br>

Well i hope to see in the near future a tender to build, run and operate<br>
a Govt cloud based system. That would be a good start.<br>

However, in addition to the Govt DC&#39;s we need to see more facilities built.<br>
