Because Sundays are rest days for Christians (Saturdays for SDAs), Fridays for Muslims, Monday 8-5 reserved for productive work for the employer or public servant, evening for family (mum, dad, wife/hussy, (bf or gf), or kids at school with teachers, public holidays means we should all relax and observe the purpose those days were demarcated on the calender(e.g. follow TV speeches on Madaraka and Jamhuri, Kenyatta, Moi, Labour Days etc..)
An because we have personal lives that should never be interfered with by pesky emails, then this justifies the list moderator implementing the "no more email" rule. Should we all support this new proposal? :)
