Technically, CDMA and GSM technologies are distinctly different from each other. Forget about the unintended confusion caused by the names CDMA and WCDMA.As such there's very little if any that can be salvaged from one network for use on the other.BTW : I'm one of the few loyalist who actively maintain a CDMA line (Telkom Wireless) for voice/SMS communications. I'm yet to receive any communication from Telkom-Orange advising on the migration optionsTony.
