Evans, i read somewhere i think on Kictanet that the project hasnt  taken off yet due to funding constraints, it seems some funds had to be diverted during the Famine Crisis to resolve the situation at the time, please dig up the emails on Kictanet since i cannot substantiate what i read<br>

I am interested to know the progress and the timelines that they have for completion or the milestones that they have. As an entrepreneur, this information is important.<br>
