Some CEOs are very Accessible, and actually do end up taking up issues raised on mailing lists. I've seen Michael Joseph respond to issues on another list that I know of.
And BTW, a lot of what is discussed on these lists actually end up on the CEO's desks when it touches on their biz. So Walela be equally lucky.
