Electronic Cheque Payments (I'm not sure what this is exactly) - Apparently BBK/Citi have this option which does not cost as much as an EFT/RTGS Have heard some good things about NIC... someone opine? PS : Try also to look for the Internet Banking pages of all the banks of interest... who knows what you'll dig up.
