Recently we've been reading articles about internal company employees posting anonymous salary surveys to see if they, their department etc are being properly compensated. Myself and some folks thought this might be a good idea especially since salary discussions are such a taboo topic in Kenya.
In light of this we created
this google form that I'm hoping will gain traction so we can gather some interesting data. If you have the time, it takes like 2 minutes to fill in, please do.
The form is completely anonymous, only basic info like industry, age range etc are captured, you can use incognito mode if you want to be sure.
If you're an employer and can contribute for your employees, please do. If you're mainly only interested in the data, the link to the google sheets results can be
found here. If you're into data analysis, feel free to have fun with the results.
