post paid pre paid whatever paid it wont matter KPLC can screw you over any how they want. I remember once we went for like 2years without electricity the dudes had disconnected from the post the bill was at 30K reason being we had dogs and reading was not possible so via estimates they bill 30K when they did the actual reading the bill came down to 7500 doing plenty of rounds in their office worst thing was reconnection from the post was 12K so they demanded 19K we went back to the dark nights we were used to they finally called and said they&#39;ll waive the post charges coz it was not our mistake and as such light is back on but the estimates are going to drive you nutts. <div>
<br></div><div>One thing you can be sure, the reason the bills are going up is most people dont want the pre paid meters so by having bills playing some musical chairs on your wallet KPLC is busy making money and finally they get what they want reduce their work force and people take care of their bills and consumption but again you can be sure it will n ot stop there, they will have another card playing once every house is fitted with the new meter.</div>
