Great news...Im sorted. And no I didnt get frustrated, and wasnt looking to bash the guys..but I know how difficult getting support can be. In comparison to the wimax obviously the cable performs better.
Now lets get some work done..

Well Gitau I had issues with Zuku too... On cable but router was badly
set and signal was very very weak.
It took 15 days to get Zuku technicians to my place.
Some tips:
1/ Shout on FB and Twitter + join FB Zuku group + send email to support daily.
They should reply and fix the issue.
2/ If you call, don't waster your time trying to fix things on the
phone because most people there don't know what they are doing; it's
useless and painful... The best way to approach it is to call and
immediately request for visit of a technician; if they say "what's the
issue, may be we can resolve it on the phone", just tell you have too
many issues and want a technician, that's it !
Otherwise, I am OK with Zuku cable; it's very very cheap and perfect
for home use. The only thing I dislike is that I have to
unplug/replug the device every day or every two days :(
