Does this, again mean if I use firefox over IE, there is a likelihood of an error message? If that is the case why did KRA prefer IE instead of making there online forms compatible with any apps? Is IE superior in terms of speed, security etc as compared to, say, Firefox? Solomon On 06/04/2009, Josiah Mugambi <jmugambi@gmail.com> wrote:
Out of curiousity, does KRA do any testing of their apps, e.g. like picking a select number of users.
It seems to me that this list would provide quite some feedback.
Anyone with contacts in KRA?

I went thru that process and the feedback I got from the KRA office is that fill in the required fields only i.e the ones with an asterix beside it. I did and had my pin in less than 5 mins. *using firefox*
Victor,
Were you trying to answer my question, by any chance? I have a PIN (for many years now) but would like to get a password to enable me to use KRA's online services.
Did you key in your mother's name, by any chance, since that is marked with (*) ?
