Most modern IP cameras have built-in DDNS client. Use that and you are good to go if your ISP cannot give you a static IP. Most SOHO routers also have a DDNS client. If you do it from the router, the better. You can then do your port mappings easily in case you have several cameras who do not have a 'aggregation' kind of software...

'Reasonable price' isn't well defined but really should be less than 1k KSH per IP and more like 250 bob per IP per month IMHO.
