What does this say to the market? No good deed goes unpunished? 

 

Both pretty much started at 0, at some point, Airtel was actually a preferred provider. Safaricom through R&D managed to get ahead. Today, over 90% (if not more) of your local contacts will be on Safaricom.

 

On the other hand, the way Safaricom has been squeezing customers on bundles, in pursuit of the next billion, if left unchecked, we are screwed.
