Most times a common mwanainchi finds some safaricom brands like m-shuari and lipa na m-pesa and m-kopa as ' bure kabisa' despite the millions of shillings spent on Advertising and promotion . As a villager can I give suggestions to safaricom on the simple changes they can make to make their products relevant to me?
