I'm going to go way outside of my area of knowledge and suggest that the video card driver doesn't support virtualization and so the videos are being processed by the CPU.

This may require a new driver, or a new card.

Or I may be totally wrong.

Morning Guys,

I have virtualized 2 machines on a server running windows 2012 R2. The virtuual machines are running windows 7 pro. I have used HyperV. All is running well apart from anything that requires graphics. I cant run any videos or browser on the virtual machines. The videos are stuttering. How can I fix this.
