I remember when Saitoti was the Education Minister and he was releazing KCSE results( I think at KIE) he handed the results to the KNEC Secretary in a CD and he (Saitoti) said they he was handing the results in a diskette! I think the fellows do not know the difference between a diskette, a flash disk and a CD (DVD, VCD).
But if they want to buy Diskettes, then we are doomed!
The critical issue I think we are missing is the generation of the curriculum...
