[Skunkworks] sms portal

Hi Guys is there a way i can have a hosted number eg 0722123456 and have the sms pointing to a hosting server. In short i have a hosted sms portal using short code and i now want to be able to send SMS to all mobile networks (globally) and have them reply to the same portal .. i dont want to use a modem and i need a 24hr running portal (hence why its a hosted solution ) -- GG
