Wash,
Its for a server? which model and part number of the server I check.
Hi Alvin, I want to use the card in a workstation. It supports 1x. My skewed understanding is that a PCI-E card is just that, and as long as the OS has drivers for it, I can use it anywhere, no?? So if you know someone having a PCI-E Ethernet adapter, I need it. Just tell me what is the name, model and it costs? I need to verify that it's supported by my Unix OS before buying but here is a reference list<http://www.freebsd.org/releases/7.2R/hardware.html#ETHERNET>from where you can see which the supported PCI-E 1x cards are. Get me one of such, pls. -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Damn!!
