Just came across <a href="http://goo.gl/Pqqzk">this</a> and it got me wondering why calling europe is so expensive while the US, canada and india are cheaper than calling Airtel. what is the rationale or economics behind this? is it demand and supply or is it due to negotiations between the telco companies?
