I asked the CEO a question on twitter which he chose to ignore.
If I buy airtime worth 10,000 and decide I want to sambaza 5 bob to everyone in my village, Safaricom has no problem with that. Because it is my 'property' I exchanged my OWN MONEY for the airtime. Why then does it become their business to decide how I should use my Data Bundles? Again, bought with my own money and is therefore my 'property'?
I think success is getting to Safaricom's head and it's leaders are getting too arrogant about it!
