[Skunkworks] Any TKL/Orange ADSL engineer?

Hi guys, Im settled to a 2Mbs link from Orange and just wondering, Any TKL engineer here? I would like to understand the issue of capacity, especially the reason why the most i can get from them is a 2Mbps.
