It is bad debt, fraudalent activities that in the first place caused e-payment operators to stay away from countries. There is no such thing as bad debt, it must be resolved and lots of companies that are involved in such practise usually file bankruptcy and cause other major problems. Bad-debt is the reason why there are many dis-trust issues in the first place where money is involved.

 

I think Thomas/David need to resolve internally as we are not in a position to judge anyone on the list and to me it seems lack of communication. Gents, communicate and sort out amicably. I'm sure there will be more business between the two after an understanding. Cheers.  :-)
