[Skunkworks] How to Block calls with withheld numbers (Anonymous calls)

Hi, A caller has been disturbing me for the last 6 months.They call with their number withheld and keep quiet. I only hear background noise. What options do i have to stop the calls with caller number withheld (anonymous calls)? Skunks assist as this is getting into my nerves now. Regards Shad
