Already upgraded to Windows 10. 
But with upgrades comes the issue of OS instability/ application incompatibility. For a while, ALL my browsers were unstable- even Edge. MS then released an unspecified update that fixed that, and they never stated what they fixed...typical.
If you must upgrade, test on one machine, observe it for a while.
Most of my colleagues upgraded their own machines, but then opted to do clean installation after some tinkering. I'm going to wait and see, don't have any critical data to lose if I do perform a clean install.
