Just ask the mobile operator to tell you who owns the shortcode and you can give them a call to get yourself unsubscribed from the service. They have all the information as they issue the shortcodes to these PRSPs. Hope you also know the mobile operators are an important stake holder in shortcodes as more than 60% of the revenue goes back to them directly. The short code can be owned by the service provider or an individual mostly a PRSP. Nothing much the provider can do unless you contact CCK to issue the order to the provider.
