
@Gate Keeper, Domains are registered on a first-come first-served provided the rights of others are not infringed. However, most TLD administrator provides a mechanism for dispute resolution, mostly through Alternative (or Uniform) Dispute Resolution Policy (ADRP/UDRP). If you feel your rights (commercial or intellectual) are being infringed, you can launch a complain with bodies like WIPO.
