I know Mikrotik has all the features I wanted but in this situation it's an overkill - cost-effectiveness, I mean:-)

My memory fails me when it comes to the xmit power.

It's only important to me that the signal can permeate the concrete wall. Ubiquiti Power AP N would do this (given the location), but it's already discontinued, plus I haven't tried doing multiple SSID with any UBNT products.
