IIRC, the paging file (swap file) is set in the Advanced System Properties. You can set three options - 1. static value (usually at least 2.5xRAM), 2. System Managed value 3. None.

If you already set a value, you just need to go to the settings and set it to None, and then reboot and it will be gone. However, decide whether or not your system has enough RAM!
