I like the design( minus the menu) of the home page but the transitions need to be smoother and sharper, I am getting overlapping text every so often. The inner pages with the monotonous accordion, grey on black text on heading and orange on black text are not very appealing to a reader. The logo looks forced (by the way why isn't the logo on the home page?)
Then site designed by Francis on a corporate site is an absolute no-no

Thus the second website is mainly a website made with an aspect of a portfolio someones portfolio a celebrity ETC but its not organization based which handles content more than images.
Thus start from the bottom up and you will be surprised how well a concept you can come out with.
