[Skunkworks] *Startimes local channels*

Hi Good People, Forgive me if this appears like a double post, but there was a previous post about Startimes. I wanted to find out if one would still be able to access local channels when one's subscription expires. It was posted a few months ago and 'early adopters' were still waiting for their subscriptions to expire in order to respond whether local channels would be accessible. Anyone? Thanks in advance.
