Remember to allow port forward:

Better still if you could paste your iptables rule we would help better - i think.

/etc/sysctl.conf

edit line below and set 1

net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

Then

sysctl -p

OR

echo 1 >> /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward   < if ipv4, navigate for ipv6.

Best if you reboot at this point.
