In the spirit of keeping in line with the "skunks theme" - mabbe you could have declared "LAND TO PUT UP A SERVER FARM" !!!

Anyway;

I think its OK to give us some heads up if land is being sold somewhere (as OT).

We bought some land somewhere, where apparently almost all our neighbors are colleagues, or engineers etc - That should be a fun estate in future.

After all, mabbe someone is so busy, they forgot to buy land, and meanwhile, prices are never dropping, they are always rising
