This is to inform you that KeNIC does not under normal circumstances, accept payments directly from registrants.<br>

However, we have exceptional cases that include;<br>

1. When the Registrar authorises the registrant to pay directly to us<br>
<br>
2. When the Registrar can not be reached and the client&#39;s domain is suspended.<br>
<br>
It is our mandate to ensure that all .KE domains are active and not affected by payment delays where the registrant has shown willingness to pay.<br>
