I did, once, a long time ago when I was bilaz a PIN. Suffice to say KRA never came close to my spoils :-). Several years before that particular compe, i actually walked into times towers, i think 9th floor, explained my situation to an official, something to the effect that i was anticipating winning some large sums of money, he advised me to write to the commissioner in charge of income tax explaining everything. I never did and neither did I win that particular competition. In my defence, I was a young, foolish and impressionable college student with grossly misplaced patriotic sentiments. You can perhaps try writing to the postmaster general.
