[Skunkworks] The best testing platforms which give the worst results

Well, If you have any application, especially web and you want to do a real good test to make sure it will work anywhere, don't go far, simply test it under internet explorer and windows vista/xp or basically windows. They will give you the worst results that can be of your website or application. I think that is the only one good thing Micro$oft has to offer, but it was not intentional, it is as a result of creating a software that does very little for you.
