Both with 512Kbps bandwidth. (See: VPN over VSAT thread on the list) The IPSec tunnel in place is to facilitate "Remote Desktop Access" via Win2K8 Server CALs (3 to 5 users at any one time) to accessing an application running at the VSAT end of the tunnel. In terms of traffic, its minimal since i have the same running effortlessly on two Wimax Links (512Kbps Dedicated), the one in question above and another link at a remote office of the company without the need for traffic shaping whatsoever. However, even with traffic shaping and prioritization for the VSAT/Wimax tunnel. Sluggish response on the remote access terminal. Hence considering the need for another solution other than a satellite link which will undoubtedly knock off most of the latency. I hope that clarifies it, but if not, do ask. This question is very general, probably i should ask what kind of traffic are you looking to carry? do you intend a narrowband solution like the one used to link up campuses (e.g at UON), or broadband to backhaul multimedia traffic over some distance. I do think maybe have a look at ubiquiti, they have some products on the unlicenced spectrum you might be interested in. if money is not an issue, most isp's might be able to go through the process to apply for spectrum for you. or just work with someone like safaricom,airtel you that already has established relationships with cck coz i think that will be the most annoying part for you.

I was almost deploying, but the cost was a bit on the higher side, and the aspect of owning the equipment wasn't interesting, though they can distribute the cost to several months. I don't know if there is any other CSP doing (assumming CSP == Communications Service Provider).
