- Working knowledge of systems such as SugarCRM, Zoho, Salesforce etc.
- Ability to develop analytic models, dashboards, wireframes, data mapping, performance requirements etc.
- Training experience and performance reporting for users
- Experience taking new initiatives from strategy to implementation is required.
- BBIT or Bsc in IT, Computer Science or equivalent degree, CISA, and any other certifications will be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years in systems monitoring and implementation.
