[Skunkworks] Looking for an i3

Been scouring Nairobi for a cheap i3. By cheap i Mean 20 - 25K. I'm still unable to find one. Used i'd assume would be at about 15-20K but to my surprise, we're still rocking Core2's at 15-20K. What's the deal here? Anyone know where to get a cheap 15" i3 Laptop for Linboot?
