employed(Both in business and IT capacities). Next: Imagine yourself doing that for eight
hours, 5-6 days a week."

Ps. I followed this advice. And now am an IT guy and loving IT.

Well said , medicine then ICT etc. Did you get to know what his intrests were initially. Maybe IT and then "forces" pushed him to medicine.
