Hi Chege, Windows 8.1 here, with all latest updates installed. It is the 64-bit version with 8GB RAM, but with jre8-i386, not the 64-bit one. Installing TSW latest from IRS-KE website and it took maybe just a minute to install and launch :-) You are welcome to verify that with TeamViewer if you want. I am having issues installing the KRA TSW system on my machine.
