@Memusi,<br>I often see car adverts labelled &quot;expatriate owned&quot;, like this <a href="http://www.xpatlink.info/ads/vehicles/71v2308-56-7-00-toy-surf-petrol-27l-expats-car-serviced-jasauto">one</a>, I think its a marketing ploy designed to feed off a sub-conscious perception we (by <i>we </i>here I mean men and people of non-Caucasian descent) have that stuff pre-owned by e.g. ladies or Caucasians are better maintained and thus of better quality.  <br>
