Subject: [kictanet] Fellowship Opportunity on information controls

Hello listers.

The Open Technology Fund is sending out its last call for applications (deadline on 19 March 2017).

Fellows get to choose between 3, 6 or 12 months of research on information controls (topics like censorship, surveillance, repressive laws and narrative manipulation).

For more on timelines, previous work by fellows and stipends, please visit https://www.opentech.fund/requests/icfp

CIPIT, based at Strathmore Law School, is a host organization, among many others across the globe.
