If you have privacy issues, Skydrive, Box, Dropbox should be off your list of preferred cloud providers. Every now & then we hear some of this sites being hacked & other sell account holder information. We have datacenters in Kenya that can give you storage space. Atleast you'll know where your data seats & that no one is snooping around your stuff.
