Hey Theus, I cannot suggest to you a pro painter but I can suggest these points you should check when you find one. When I used to have free time a few years back, I've detailed my personal car at the time so you can imagine the ridiculous detail to it. These days not much time to spare. :-)
1) The Painter/WS must have a spray booth and baking room. If not, they should have a dust free and well ventilated room. And if they do not have the booth, your painter should only apply paint when weather conditions are dry but not too sunny. Not in the rainy season. Pls ensure there is a humidity meter.
2) Strip car to bare metal, apply de-greasing to the entire bare metal.
3) Ensure that you use the good paints. I settled to using Sikkens.
4) Ensure the primer used matches the same manufacturer as the paint company
5) Ensure that the pressure at the spray gun is maintained to the correct PSI as specified on the gun so the compressor should be the correct one too. The best way to check this is the spray gun should spray a figure 8 on a test surface at about 6-8 inches. This will give it a uniform pattern, especially on metallic undercoat.
HTHs. :-)
