I also think if you are developing something that is "being funded" by some organisation -- I think the people involved should be paid some form of token for their contribution... But before that,, one should demonstrate capacity(and commitment) in at least one non-paid voluntary project before qualifying for a "paid volunteership" My thots /.cash_flow
