VACANCY � SALES CO-ORDINATOR

 

Internet Solutions Kenya has a Vacancy for a Sales Co-ordinator (SC) in the Nairobi Sales Team.

 

As a Sales Co-ordinator you will need to:

  • Co-ordinate all administration activities of the sales department which include Siebel (Sales Management System) data entry and management. Accurately upload new customers on Siebel and any other activities related to the Siebel system.
  • Siebel integrity � adding of contacts and updating of sites, addresses and account manager names.
  • Contracts management - Ensure all Client files/ Contracts are maintained/drafted on sales closure and regularly updated. Ensure the Decomm process is followed to completion.
  • Weekly and monthly reports for New Business Closed, Churns, Sales Meeting Minutes , Contracts Status and Proposals sent
  • Responsible for coordinating sales-related details before and after the sale
  • Know all processes and how to use all systems relevant to the position
  • Any other administrative duties related to Sales Department / Administration Departments.

 

Key requirements:

         Minimum Secondary education (A Level). Any post-secondary ICT/Secretarial / Administration courses qualifications are an advantage.

         Job requires one or more years of office or sales administration experience preferably in the ICT industry

  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Strong Administrative  and Multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills

 

Key abilities required:

  • Learn fast with regards to new systems and processes ,ability to focus and follow through on process
  • Must be able to work independently, Strong co-ordination skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Work well within a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Efficient written and oral communication skills
  • Self- motivated, hardworking, sociable, and driven by professional success
