That is why one techie, Brainiac, took his time and did some work on the same and presented the "gift" to Dr. Ndemo and Paul Kukubo.
I have a feeling they did not even ACK the gift!
 
I'd like to say this govt & website issue is nonsense! The govt's work is not to have beautiful websites when failing in everything else!
