Hi guys, Which provider would you recommend for internet calls to Kenyan mobile phone, in terms of call quality and reliability? The internet from where the calls will be made is not thaaaat good. Any other options not on the list? Looks like fring is the cheapest from this list. Added advantage if the call can be made from an Android phone.
